    Our experience at Te Awanga Cottages was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome by Paia to the well-designed and immaculately clean cottage, every detail exceeded our expectations. The views of sheep and llamas from the deck added a charming touch to our stay. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony overlooking the orchard.The location in Te Awanga village was perfect for exploring the Hawke's Bay region, with wineries, cafes, and coastal walks within easy reach. The peaceful setting of the cottage, combined with the modern amenities like a fireplace and flat-screen TV, made our evenings cozy and relaxing. The nearby attractions, including Clifton and Cape Kidnappers, were a short drive away, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the area. We particularly enjoyed the romantic touches, such as the indoor/outdoor bath and the stunning views of the sunrise. The Alpaca farm nearby was a delightful surprise, adding a unique charm to our stay. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the surroundings. Te Awanga Cottages truly provided a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a food and wine lover, or simply seeking a peaceful getaway, this place caters to all. We can't wait to return and create more lasting memories in this slice of paradise.
